Tra le sue esperienze più importanti spiccano le collaborazioni con il Ristorante Gualtiero Marchesi di Milano, l’Antica Osteria del Teatro di Piacenza, l’Hotellerie du Bas Brèau a Barbizon in Francia.
É stato inoltre chef e patron del ristorante “Al solito posto” di Milano e con altri colleghi ha fondato l’associazione Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe sezione italiana.

Margot Gothy Lopez nasce a San Salvador nel 1975.
Artista plastica di fama internazionale ha conseguito il Bachelor of Fine Arts presso l’Università di El Salvador, ottenendo numerosi riscontri e premi, quali il Titolo di ”Artista dell’anno” nel 1999, 3° esposizione del laboratorio di disegno e pittura galleria culturale dell’ambasciata del Messico e il Premio Philips d’Arte per Giovani Talenti, come rappresentante di El Salvador a Sao Paolo del Brasile.

Nella sua lunga carriera, ha ricoperto il ruolo di sommelier e successivamente di direttore del ristorante “Gualtiero Marchesi” a Milano. È stato inoltre Direttore dell’Albergo “Locanda dell’Amorosa” di Sinalunga in provincia di Siena e Direttore del ristorante “La Regina” di Venezia.

Diplomato presso il Centro di Formazione Professionale Alberghiero di Casargo, inizia giovanissimo la sua esperienza nella ristorazione, lavorando e collaborando nel corso degli anni per alcuni dei più importanti nomi del panorama lombardo.
Collabora, tra gli altri, con il Ristorante Hotel Brunelleschi di Milano, con il Ristorante “Four Seasons Hotel” di Milano, con il Ristorante “Sasseo” di Santa Maria della Versa (PV).
