Il corso si completa, inoltre, con lezioni teoriche in aula al fine di conseguire l’attestato HACCP per alimentaristi (ex Libretto sanitario) e l’attestato sulla SICUREZZA SUI LUOGHI DI LAVORO (rischi generici).

OGNI ALLIEVA HA A DISPOSIZIONE UNA POSTAZIONE DI LAVORO PER POTER PARTECIPARE ATTIVAMENTE ALLA LEZIONE E PRODURRE IN AUTONOMIA I PROPRI ELABORATI. 

Al termine del percorso l’allieva sarà in grado di conoscere e preparare elaborati di pasticceria classica, dolce e salata, saprà inoltre lavorare in maniera organizzata e autonoma, saprà muoversi con dimestichezza negli ambienti di lavoro e con attrezzature e macchinari specifici.
il corso è a numero chiuso per garantire un adeguato apprendimento.

Il costo del corso è di 1.490 € ESENTE IVA – RATEIZZABILE ed è comprensivo di materiale didattico e divisa (giacca e pantaloni, grembiule e cappello).
E’ a carico dell’allieva l’acquisto delle calzature con suola antisdrucciolo.

La Cooperativa mette a disposizione una retta agevolata; i dettagli del bando sono disponibili in segreteria.

La Cooperativa si riserva di non far partire il corso al mancato raggiungimento del numero minimo di partecipanti.
